What do City Daily Photo members see in the future? It could be dark, or humanity could turn a corner and make a brighter future. This image is the first thing you see as you descend into the 9/11 museum beneath New York’s World Trade Center. It reminds us that years to come will link us to our actions of today and in the past.

The September theme seemed like fun when the idea occurred to the admin. Now it, um, seems hard but we know CDP members are up to the challenge. The expression, as it is commonly used in English, refers to something that is obvious but remains unnoticed. However, we could also think of an object close to that part of the face.
